Cashier/Server:

$15.00/Hourly Plus Tips-Full and Part-Time Positions Available with flexible scheduling and benefits for all full time team members

• Must have or be willing to get a food handlers card
• Must have or be willing to get a sheriff's work card
• Must have or be willing to get a TAM card if serving alcohol
• Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays.

The role:

• The Cashier/Server at Spy Ninjas HQ will take all food orders from Spy Ninjas HQ guests. The cashier/server will ensure that each guest is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This will include greeting guests as they enter the cafe area, processing guest orders through a POS system, and notifying the kitchen of any special requests. The cashier/server will clean up after Spy Ninjas HQ guests to ensure exceptional cleanliness of the cafe at all times.

Duties include:

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Greet customers and communicate with them to determine their orders.
• Take guest orders and put them into the restaurant point of sale system.
• Take payment from guests in the form of cash and credit.
• Ensure credit cards are returned to customers once they have been successfully swiped.
• Ensure the counter area is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Restock workstation with supplies and ensure any item not in stock is communicated to management.
• Create and maintain cash reports at the end of each shift.
• Notify management immediately of any customer and equipment issues.
• Empties trash and spot sweeps whenever the floor needs it or upon management request.
• Performs opening and closing responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Notify management any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
• Uphold quality and consistency in all menu items served.
• Perform all reasonable requests by the management team.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Support the proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards.
• Other duties as required.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Energetic personality, people-oriented and team player.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills.
• 2+ years of prior restaurant or customer service experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels.
• Complete knowledge of proper sanitation procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
• CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified.
• Complete and pass a background check.
• Must currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
• Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.

Compensation details: 15-15 Hourly Wage
